Kelley Blue Book crowned the winners of the 2016 5-Year Cost to Own Awards and we are excited because three Buick models won the top spot for their respective vehicle categories! 

To name the winners, expert analysts from KBB.com calculate what consumers can expect to experience in terms of cost of ownership over time. Winning this award means that each car has the lowest cost-to-own projections for their category. These calculations reflect several variables, including purchase price, financing, insurance, projected depreciation, scheduled maintenance, repairs, anticipated fuel costs and state fees.

Choosing a 5-Year Cost to Own Award winner as your vehicle of choice, means that you can be confident that your costs for transportation will be among the lowest in the immediate future and long-term, for vehicles of that type. 

Here’s a summary of the accolades that Buick received:

The Buick Verano has earned a 5-Year Cost to Own Award from Kelley Blue Book in the Entry-Level Luxury Car category for the fourth year in a row.

The Buick Enclave picked up its third consecutive 5-Year Cost to Own Award on the Full-Size SUV category.
